Business Analysis

Turnberry's Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and opportunities and providing solutions
• Conduct research and analysis to identify business problems and opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements
• Develop use cases and business models
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis
• Develop business cases and recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions are implemented and delivering value
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce
• Healthcare experience specifically in the payer or provider space
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
