Responsibilities
- Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting
- Analyze operational, inventory, service, and financial performance data
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations
- Business Intelligence
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business decisions
- Support strategic initiatives through predictive and scenario-based analysis
- Create data models that improve visibility into network performance, inventory utilization, and resource allocation
- Establish metrics that measure business outcomes and operational effectiveness
- Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and root-cause analysis
- Partner with operations leaders to identify efficiency opportunities
- Support process standardization and performance management programs
- Measure and track realization of savings, productivity gains, and service improvements
- Forecasting and Planning
- Support capacity planning, inventory planning, and business forecasting
- Develop models that improve decision-making and resource utilization
- Provide analytical support for strategic planning and network expansion activities
- Project Leadership
- Lead analytics workstreams supporting major transformation programs
- Manage cross-functional projects involving business process changes and system implementations
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, operations, supply chain, or commercial operations
- Advanced Excel skills including financial and operational modeling
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and operational analytics
- Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or process excellence methodologies
- Experience supporting large-scale operational or systems transformations
