Our client, a large financial institution, is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their growing accounting department. This position goes into the client's Arlington, VA office on a hybrid schedule. Successful incumbent will have 1-4 years of accounting experience and a bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Month-end close assistance
Education/Experience:
- 1-4 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
