Title: Financial Planner
Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid)
Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 plus bonus
Our client, a financial advisory firm, is looking to add a Financial Planner to their growing team. This position goes into the client's Charlotte, NC office three days per week with two work-from-home days. Successful incumbent will have 2 years of financial planning experience and be working towards their CFP.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and wealth management strategies to high-net-worth individuals, including retirement, tax, estate, and risk management planning.
- Lead client discovery meetings and financial plan presentations, building long-term relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and fiduciary responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal investment, tax, and client service teams to ensure seamless implementation of financial plans and ongoing portfolio alignment with client goals.
- Mentor junior planners and associate advisors, providing training and oversight on plan development, compliance protocols, and client engagement best practices.
