Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Final Mile Coordinator to oversee and manage all domestic shipping and logistics activities at Turn. In this essential role, you’ll ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of goods from customs clearance through to final destinations such as our warehouse, co-packers, 3PL partners, and other domestic locations.

You’ll coordinate with carriers, manage transportation systems, and play a critical role in ensuring on-time, accurate, and regulation-compliant shipments throughout the final mile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of goods from customs clearance to the Turn warehouse and other domestic locations.
• Book and manage shipments using various modes of transport including TL, LTL, truck, FedEx, and UPS.
• Collaborate with external partners, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers, to ensure smooth and timely operations while fostering strong cross-functional alignment.
• Utilize domestic Transportation Management Systems (TMS), such as Ship Station, to track and manage final mile shipments.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, including the PACT Act and other relevant domestic guidelines.
• Perform final checks on staged, palletized orders to verify count accuracy and readiness for shipment.
• Confirm shipment costs, delivery details, and ETAs with the Operations Manager prior to dispatch.
• Schedule final pickups post-approval and communicate confirmation with co-packers or logistics partners.
• Manage and escalate shipping and logistics issues to minimize delivery disruptions and uphold service standards.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or final mile operations.
• Strong working knowledge of TMS platforms and domestic freight carriers.
• Familiarity with shipping compliance standards, including federal regulations.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
• Demonstrate agility and critical thinking in a dynamic work environment, quickly adapting to changes and resolving operational challenges independently
