Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Corporate Electrical Systems Engineer to design, develop, and support electrical systems used in production. This role focuses on maintaining electrical schematics, developing wire harness layouts, integrating new technologies, and supporting manufacturing teams with troubleshooting and installation guidance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in both office and hands-on shop floor environments.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

• Design wire harness assemblies and specify electrical components

• Evaluate and test electrical systems and recommend improvements

• Support prototype builds and ensure designs are production-ready

• Train manufacturing and assembly personnel on installation and troubleshooting

• Lead electrical improvement projects and system upgrades

• Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure high-quality output

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

• 5 years of electrical engineering experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment

• Experience working with CAN communication systems is strongly preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

Work Environment

• Mix of office and manufacturing floor work

• May require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
