Office Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising office staff, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Filing: Oversee document management and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
- Supervising: Lead and mentor office staff to ensure productivity and performance goals are met.
- QuickBooks: Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Team Management: Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Proficient in Excel.
