Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Muskegon, MI. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, including evaluating financial information, advising on mortgage options, and guiding them from application to closing. You will collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and underwriters to ensure a smooth and positive lending experience while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage Industry
- Familiarity with Underwriting processes and related financial documentation
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and attention to detail
- State licensing as a Mortgage Loan Originator (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
