Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center (Tulsa County Jail) – Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (On-site)
Additional Requirement: On-call duties required (24/7 facility)
Salary: $90,000 annually

- $1,750 paid after 6 months of employment
- $1,750 paid after 12 months of employment
Role Summary
TK Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead daily clinical operations and nursing services at the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center in Tulsa. The Director of Nursing (DON) partners closely with custody leadership, ensures regulatory compliance and quality standards, and leads a mission-driven nursing team providing care where the need is highest.
Requirements

Current, valid, unrestricted Oklahoma RN license

Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting

Correctional healthcare experience preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills

Ability to participate in on-call rotation, including holidays and inclement weather as needed

Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted RN license
- 2 Years Minimum Supervisory Experience
- 1 Year Corrections experience preferred
- Current CPR
- Ability to pass a background check
