The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) provides vital support to patients and nursing staff under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role is essential to ensuring safe medication administration and supporting daily healthcare operations within the facility.

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and patient responses

• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Assist with routine patient care as directed by licensed nurses

• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Support nursing staff with daily clinical operations

• Valid, unrestricted Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification

• Ability to pass a background check
