Position Summary

Turman Commercial Painters is a commercial subcontractor in the construction industry.

The Sales and Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships while overseeing the successful planning, pricing, coordination, and financial management of projects. This role requires leadership, organization, and clear communication to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, vendors, and employees

·      Manage customer pipeline of current and future opportunities

• Conduct job site visits and review project drawings to support estimating and execution

• Order and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment for assigned projects

• Schedule and coordinate all project work with field management

• Review project contracts, change orders, extra work authorizations, and billing documents for accuracy and compliance

• Monitor job cost and production reports on a regular basis to ensure financial performance and identify potential issues early

• Participate in daily sales team meetings and bi-monthly staff meetings

Qualifications and Skills

• High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, and SmartSheet,)

·      Preferred knowledge of On-Screen, Quick Bid, and BuzzBid

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

·      This is an in office position.

This position requires a relationship focused professional who can balance sales development with detailed project oversight while maintaining financial accountability and operational efficiency.

$60-70K

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
