Job Description
- Informing existing or new customers about the products on the phone and bringing them to the sales stage,
- To make the needs analysis of current or potential customers correctly to meet the needs,
- Making outbound calls or receiving incoming calls,
- Speeding up processes to increase customer satisfaction,
- Providing the necessary support to achieve sales targets,
- Entering customer information correctly into the system.
