The Guest Services Seasonal Associate makes an impact by –

• Ensures world class service is provided to every guest.
• Must be pleasant and welcoming to all guests.
• Must become familiar with all aspects of the Experience, including company history and facility layout.
• Ensures that all area-specific tasks are completed.
• Performs all duties in compliance with all corporate and regulatory quality, GLP, and safety regulations.
• Performs all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations.
• Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety & Quality.
• Demonstrates the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer.
• Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands -

• The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required).
• The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8 hours.
• The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks
• Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks
• The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment.
• Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand or office) as required.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular or occasional basis.
