Role overview:
- In this role, you will work on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and communication expertise.
- No prior AI experience is required — for example, you may evaluate how well an AI system interprets contracts, manages negotiations, or advises clients through closing.
- These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, strengthen client interactions, and optimize brokerage operations.
What does day-to-day look like:
- Design and solve real-world brokerage and transaction scenarios to test AI reasoning.
- Write clear, structured explanations covering deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and contract compliance.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and clarity.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of brokerage management and client communication.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker or Brokerage Manager.
- Active broker license required.
- Experience in U.S. real estate markets preferred.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable using web-based tools for annotation and feedback.
