Location: Seattle, WA or Portland, OR - 2 Days in Office
Duration: C2H/Fulltime
Job Description:
- Presales Solution Architect role focused on creating technical solutions for customers in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Strong understanding of the Avaya design process and ability to develop Avaya-based solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct daily customer meetings to understand requirements, discuss solutions, and provide technical recommendations.
- Translate customer business/technical requirements into solution designs, proposals, scopes of work, and presentations.
- Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
- Experience with Avaya Aura(CM, AES, SMGR, SM, Client, Messaging), SBC, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Genesys (Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage platforms), and enterprise voice solutions.
Work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams throughout the presales process
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
