Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Properly receive and greet guests
- Take orders and serve food/beverages in a fast-paced environment
- Properly accept and process guest payments
- Prepare/order pizzas, sandwiches and salads using standard formulas or following directions
- Clean area, maintain dining area, wipe tables and dispose of trash
- Stock and restock items as necessary
- Insure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations
- Other duties as assisgned
- Prior concessions preferred including POS
- Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Possess excellent cash handling skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- Must be able to obtain KY Racing License
- Must be at least 21 years old
