What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside your crew on daily landscape maintenance tasks
- Operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other equipment
- Ensure every job meets safety, quality, and schedule expectations
- Train, motivate, and support crew members
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors
- Track labor, materials, and job progress
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- 2–3 years landscaping experience
- 1 year leadership experience preferred
- Strong equipment operation skills
- Ability to lead a team and keep projects moving
- Valid driver's license
- Great communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Jobs completed on time and on budget
