Summary
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Irrigation Service Technician to maintain and repair irrigation systems at commercial properties across Florida. This role works independently across a portfolio of commercial accounts.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair irrigation issues, including leaks, broken heads, valve failures, wiring problems, and controller errors
- Perform scheduled service calls, inspections, and preventive maintenance on commercial accounts
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, backflow prevention devices, and controllers
- Keep systems compliant with local water management district restrictions (SFWMD, SJRWMD, SWFWMD)
- Maintain accurate service records for parts, labor, and site notes
What You'll Need
- 2 years of hands-on commercial irrigation service/repair experience
- Solid knowledge of irrigation systems, hydraulics, and controller programming
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester certification Irrigation Association
- Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) credential
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
