Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Gardner/Groundsman to join our team! We are a local family-owned & operated company who is growing fast! You will be performing a variety of task for our detail division. Experience is preferred, and a positive attitude is a must!
Job Description:
- Remove weeds and maintain clean garden beds
- General upkeep of outdoor landscapes
- Plant/flower installation
- Trim bushes, shrub's and hedges as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record (REQUIRED)
- 2 years of experience in professional gardening, or a related field.
- Knowledge of plant identification (tree, shrubs and perennials), proper pruning techniques
- Operate sprayers and have a willingness to spray chemicals to control weeds, as necessary
- Can operate a push mower, blower, and string trimmer.
- Adept at identifying weeds and plants.
- Ability to remain professional
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Saturdays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
