Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise mowing crews to complete landscape maintenance projects on time and within scope
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct site inspections to assess landscaping needs, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system checks
- Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and proper equipment usage during operations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Assist with hands-on landscaping tasks such as trimming, planting, or construction work when necessary
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are upheld
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a strong knowledge of horticulture principles
- Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, and general garden maintenance
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
