What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver position at Turf & Tractor Branding?
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate vehicles safely and notify manager of necessary repairs
- Responsible for loading equipment for deliveries
- Ensure loads are properly secured
- Ability to provide accurate timelines for delivery
- Keep records of pickup/delivery for each location and obtain necessary signatures
- Follow safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Basic product knowledge of equipment being transported
- Represent CEC Turf and Tractor in a professional manner when on the job and in company branded gear
Qualifications
- High School Education
- CDL License preferred but not required
- Clean driving record
- 2 years of delivery experience
- Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures for safe transportation of equipment and supplies
- Strong communication customer service skills
- Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background screening and Drug Test
Physical Requirements
- Required to sit/stand/kneel/bend for long periods, regularly required to use hands, wrists, and fingers for a variety of tasks
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
