Hey, this is Jack Morris, the owner of Turf Rehab. I am looking for a right hand person who knows landscaping, takes ownership, and wants more than just a job. The goal is to grow from 1 to 2 crews into 3 to 5 crews over the next 2 to 3 years and this role will be central to making that happen.
This is not a clock in, clock out position. This is for someone with drive, ambition, leadership instincts, and pride in their work.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading a crew of 2 to 3 people
- Running landscape installs, lawn renovations, and maintenance jobs
- Keeping jobs organized, clean, and on schedule
- Operating skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and related equipment
- Reading and executing site plans and layouts
- Communicating with clients and management when needed
- Training and developing crew members
- Maintaining safety, quality, and equipment care
What We’re Looking For
- 3 plus years of landscaping experience
- Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of landscape installs and construction
- Experience with grading, drainage, and planting
- Ability to read plans and lay out job sites
- Valid driver’s license and trailer experience
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and work outdoors
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- High standards and attention to detail
