Are you passionate about working outdoors and helping lawns thrive? Turf Pros of Tampa Bay is seeking a dedicated Lawn Spray Technician to join our growing team! We provide top-tier lawn care services and are seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply lawn and ornamental treatments, including fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides
• Identify and diagnose common turf and landscape problems (weeds, pests, diseases)
• Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records and follow application guidelines
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and lawn care tips
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean and in good working condition

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in lawn care or pesticide application is a plus (but we are willing to train the right person)
• Pesticide Applicator License is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
