Responsibilities
As a key part of our growth team, this role will focus on both sales and customer experience:
• Respond to inbound calls, texts, and website inquiries from homeowners
• Provide accurate estimates and help customers choose the right programs
• Follow up on leads and close new business
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers during off-peak times
• Identify opportunities to expand services (mosquito, perimeter pest, tree & shrub, etc.)
• Support marketing efforts including promotions, text/email campaigns, and seasonal offers
• Maintain organized and accurate records in our CRM system
• Work closely with our team to deliver a 5-star customer experience
Compensation & Opportunity
• Base Pay: Hourly based on experience
• Commission and performance bonuses
• Expected earnings: $60,000 – $90,000
• Leadership opportunity to help grow our sales department
