Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our daily warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise and a track record of improving processes and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, distribution, and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective tracking, auditing, and control processes
- Monitor and track material costs, ensuring pricing accuracy and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and implement efficient materials management systems to streamline workflow
- Coordinate closely with transportation and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operating safely
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety standards and compliance procedures
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports
- Analyze demand planning and inventory data to reduce excess stock and improve turnover
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership ability with effective communication and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Operate Forklift
