Office Manager/Key Account Sales Rep

Job Title: Office Manager/Key Accounts Sales Rep.           Department: Sales

Reports to: Divisional Manager                                

Job Summary: The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This position will handle wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little to no supervision.

Duties/Responsibilities:           

• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment and errands.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are maintains and current, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
• Maintain a safe, secure and pleasant work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns before they escalate.
• Resolve client complaints or service issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment for key accounts.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity affecting key accounts.

Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds

Work Environment:

• Involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and heavy machinery.

Salary : $60,000
