Laborer/Crew Leader

Join the Turf Envy team! We are looking for crew leaders and crew members. $24-$35/hour DOE. Based in the South Shore area. We have a great, hardworking crew and are looking to expand!

Maintenance Crew Leader:

This is a leadership role — not just a “guy with experience.”

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing maintenance crews in and out of the field
• Quality control on properties
• Training and developing team members
• Communicating with clients professionally
• Keeping jobs efficient and on schedule

We’re looking for someone who:

• Leads by example
• Shows up on Time
• Holds the line on quality
• Takes ownership of mistakes
• Brings solutions, not complaints

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• 3 plus years of experience in the landscape world
• Hoisting or pesticide license is a plus but not required

• Likes working outdoors
• Take pride in clean stripes and sharp edges

• Want steady hours and strong pay

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Hoisting and pesticide license is a plus but not required
• No experience necessary, we will train you!
