Company Description
Turf Club is a family-owned fine dining steakhouse in Twin Falls, Idaho. We've been part of this community since 1946, and under current ownership by Robert and Mariann Griffith, we've reimagined what a modern American steakhouse can be while honoring the heritage that made us a local institution.

We're Serious About Local Sourcing.
This isn't marketing talk, it's how we operate. We work directly with Magic Valley ranchers, farmers, cheesemakers, and artisans. Our beef comes from Wooden Shoe Farms in Blackfoot. Our cheese from Evans Farmstead in Buhl. Our produce from River Road Farm. We know these people by name, tell their stories through our docuseries, and build our menu around what they do best.

We Do Things Other Restaurants Won't.
Our dry-aging program uses a proprietary tallow-sealing process you won't find anywhere else in Twin Falls. We make our pasta by hand. Our bar crafts every syrup, juice, and puree from scratch. We pour 2-ounce spirits (not the standard 1.5) because proper cocktails deserve proper proportions. These aren't luxuries—they're standards.

Turf Club is our main dining room with a refined steakhouse experience, tableside service and celebration-worthy moments. Behind us is Griff's Speakeasy, our hidden bar serving Asian-inspired small plates and craft cocktails in a more intimate, enigmatic setting. Working here means understanding both worlds and moving fluidly between them.

Our Values (And We Actually Mean Them) are:
Wholehearted Hospitality
We treat guests like family and team members the same way. When ownership faced family health challenges this year, the team rallied. When guests celebrate milestones with us, we remember. This isn't transactional work, but relational.

Community Investment
Every month, we partner with a local nonprofit and donate 10% of our chef's tasting dinner proceeds to their mission. We've supported Sage Women's Shelter, Everybody Eats, the Humane Society, Veterans Service Office, and more. Being part of this team means being part of something bigger than restaurant work.

People Before Process
We promote from within. Our Sous Chef Tegan started in garde manger and worked every station to earn his role. We cross-train, invest in education, and create clear growth paths. If you're here to collect a paycheck and leave, this isn't your place. If you want to build a career, we'll help you do it.
