Position: Sales Associate
Location: Turco Auto Detailing, LLC , TX (1180 W Price Rd Suite-C Brownsville, TX)
Pay: Hourly
Schedule: Part-time or Full Time
Flexible schedule, including weekends
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, responsible, self-sufficient people who can handles the customer, keep our store looking sharp, and keep up on product knowledge as the industry evolves.
WHAT WE NEED:
- Dependable attendance
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Cash handling POS system experience (or ability to learn fast)
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) is preferred
- Keep shelves organized and store clean
- Auto detailing product knowledge is a huge plus, but we will train the right person
- Weekday Saturday availability a must
- Willingness to cover shifts occasionally if/when needed at both Pharr and Brownsvile
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No conflict of interest with competing businesses
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist customers, answer questions, and educate them on products, proper use, and best practices
- Recommend the right products based on customer needs to drive sales and satisfaction
- Operate POS system, handle cash/card transactions, and follow opening/closing procedures
- Maintain store appearance by restocking, front-facing shelves, and keeping the space clean and organized
- Receive, inspect, store inventory, and monitor stock levels, reporting low or fast-moving items
- Support merchandising by setting up displays and promotions
- Handle basic customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Assist with inventory counts and audits
- Deliver products or visit customers using a company vehicle when required
- Stay up to date on new products, brands, and detailing techniques
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
