What You'll Do
- Gather and prepare materials for production
- Set up and operate basic manufacturing equipment
- Cut, drill, and bend materials according to blueprints
- Assemble and organize brackets and kits
- Count and stock parts according to BOM requirements
- Restock materials and maintain an organized work area
- Complete required daily paperwork
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Reliable and dependable team player
- Able to follow instructions and read basic prints/measurements
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing hands-on work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
