We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty and Claims Specialist to manage and improve the daily processing of equipment warranty claims. Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to Regional Sales VPs and key accounts.
- Review, process, and open warranty claims daily with a focus on timely resolution.
- Support equipment start-up registrations and extended warranty processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians via phone and email.
- Maintain efficient and professional email correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Head of Technical Service on special projects and additional duties.
- Analyze claim trends and generate periodic reports to identify recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing and refining warranty procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional customer service skills via phone and email.
- Ability to follow written procedures and adapt to evolving processes.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in warranty, claims, or technical service support preferred.
