What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator (TAPS) - 3rd Shift position at TURBOCAM International?
Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for set up, utilizing, and operating assigned lathe, mill, and/or balance CNC machines and supporting machine procedures for the prototyping and production of machined parts.
This position starts at $21/hour and we offer a 22% shift differential when working on 3rd shift!

Come Build with Us by:
- Performing set-up and operation of assigned lathe, mill and/or balance machines
- Performing in process measurements using micrometer, dial indicator, and calipers.
- Adjusting machining process based on results of inspection to ensure parts meet specification
- Working from process sheets, engineering drawings or specifications, sketches and written or oral instructions to machine various products.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance for CNC equipment.
- Working in a fast-paced, high volume team environment.
- Supporting and maintain overall shop efficiency by keeping work areas clean and safe.
- Demonstrating reliability, dependability, and safety-oriented work.
Bring Your Expertise:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
- Experience running CNC machines (lathe, mill and balance) helpful.
- Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel desired.
- Knowledge of measuring equipment helpful.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
