Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while demonstrating mechanical knowledge and proficiency in operating various types of tow trucks. This role involves responding to roadside assistance calls, transporting vehicles, and ensuring that all towing operations are conducted efficiently and professionally.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel lift, to safely transport vehicles.
- Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring minimal damage during the towing process.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and any necessary vehicle documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding tow truck operations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting of vehicles when necessary.
Qualifications
- TDLR License and Driving License
- Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with tow trucks or similar vehicles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle operations.
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
