We are seeking a skilled Window Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of windows in residential and commercial settings and install paint protection film on automobiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tinting and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Duties
- Lead the tint Installation team to keep our one hour tint promise and maintain high qaulity standards
- Install windows according to specifications and industry codes.
- Measure and cut materials as needed for precise fitting using the plotter and software system
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations.
- Responsible for bay production and ensure production is flowing
- Responsible for any and all services/installations and the quality of all services/installations performed
- Conduct thorough inspections of installed windows to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
- Supervise Junior Installer and Shop Assistant
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Lift heavy materials as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Center Manager on managing customer appointments
Skills
- 3 years of experience in window film installation and paint protection
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for Installation tasks.
- Self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Satisfactory driving record and background check
