Position: Part‑time Pest Control Technician
Reports to: Senior Technician

Role Summary
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll conduct inspections, recommend treatment plans, apply safe pest control methods, and educate customers on prevention. You’ll represent the company in person, delivering top-notch customer service at every appointment. 15-30 Hrs/Week. We welcome new and experienced technicians to the field!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas to detect pests and entry points.
- Identify basic pest types (insects, rodents, wasps, etc.) and assess infestation levels
- Develop and apply appropriate treatment methods: pesticides, baits, traps, exclusion techniques (caulking, mesh, foam, etc.)
- Provide customers with effective recommendations on ongoing prevention
- Drive safely and maintain the company service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in pest control is preferred, but entry‑level candidates with willingness to train are encouraged to apply
- Licensed or certifiable Pest Control Technician or willingness to obtain license promptly
- Valid Utah Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, crawl, kneel in varied environments
- Strong observation, analytical thinking, and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skills
- Self‑motivated, trustworthy, and capable of managing daily schedule independently
- Experience using mobile scheduling or routing tools is a plus (training provided)
Hours & Schedule
- $16-20/hr, based on experience and licensing status
- 20-30 Hrs/Week
- Scheduling can be very flexible
- Monday–Friday standard routes
- Part-time/ full time
- Paid training / support to achieve licensing (if needed)
