What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience, supporting policyholders with the skill and accuracy of a licensed insurance professional while delivering exceptional service:
- Handle Policy & Coverage Questions: Resolve inquiries that require licensed‑agent knowledge, including coverage explanations, policy details, and verification of changes.
- Support Clients with Care: Use active listening and empathy to understand customers’ needs and guide them through questions, issues, and next steps.
- Process Policy Transactions: Accurately complete policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other service‑related changes.
- Provide Documentation: Supply evidence‑of‑insurance and other policy documents, clearly explaining their purpose and any follow‑up required by the customer.
- Deliver First‑Call Resolution: Address concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth, positive experience while meeting quality and service standards.
- Investigate & Resolve Issues: Handle escalated concerns, research complex situations, offer appropriate solutions, and follow through to full resolution.
- Document Every Interaction: Keep thorough, accurate notes and follow up to make sure all questions are fully resolved.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with updated tools, processes, and training to confidently assist with a wide range of policy service needs.
- Contribute to Team Success: Meet or exceed monthly performance, quality, and customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional, agent‑level service.

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in a customer-facing service role (insurance experience is a big plus).
- Required: Arizona Personal Lines License
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools like Dynamics 365 or EZ Lynx).
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a knack for keeping customers happy.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus (extra pay differential offered).
