Quality Service Field Representative

Job Summary The Field Quality Service Representative (FQS) acts as frontline liaison between Turano Baking Company and customer restaurants. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services by providing technical support, conducting on-site evaluations, and fostering strong relationships with customer and respective restaurant teams. The FQS plays a vital role in maintaining food safety, product integrity, and operational excellence across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to restaurants within the assigned region.
• Provide technical support and guidance on product quality, handling, preparation, and storage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Turano Field Quality Systems, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Partner with customer field representatives to resolve quality or supply chain issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and report on product performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Turano specifications.
• Support new product launches, training, and operational testing as needed.
• Deliver training and coaching to restaurant teams on best practices in food safety and quality assurance.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to track trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in field service, food manufacturing, quality assurance, or supply chain (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food safety principles (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using reporting tools.
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned region (typically 50–75%).
