Position description
Implementing, Supporting and Delivering solution to Oncor for the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - CC&B system.
• To develop and configure the Oracle Customer Care billing system with In-depth Application Framework config and technical tool knowledge involving – Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, XAI Services, Bundling, Batch jobs, User Interface Maps, etc.
• Facilitate technical and functional design workshop and articulate solutions through written and verbal communication. Document the process changes, components impacted and functional work flow.
• Develop functional designs and technical specifications for Oracle utilities package, customization, interfaces & reports.
