The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

- Experience in Data Processing preferred
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

- Converts source documents into computer-acceptable form by the use of a keyboard machine.
- Keys and verifies results according to procedures provided.
- Maintains sequence and control of source documents.
- Recognizes and corrects errors in original entry data prior to processing.
- Recognizes deficiencies in source documents and returns them for correction(s).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
