Performance Responsibilities
- Monitor hallways during the change of classes and during instruction time.
- Verifies student passes and monitors restroom areas.
- Cooperates in the conducting of safety inspections and safety drill practice activities.
- Monitors building and grounds to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
- Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, and directs or escorts them to appropriate personnel.
- Monitors school and grounds to detect unauthorized persons and reports any unusual conditions to administrative personnel.
- Reports immediately to the presence of any visitor in the building who bypasses visitor protocol and reports unusual behavior to administrative personnel.
- Performs other duties consistent with professional competence as the Board may assign.
