Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role, for a Technical Proposal Writer specializing in Software & IT. The Technical Proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development of technical proposals, responding to RFPs with tailored and competitive content, creating persuasive and detailed technical documents, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Daily tasks include performing market research, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, and delivering well-structured, client-focused proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Proposal Management and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional Technical Writing and Proposal Writing skills applied to software and IT solutions
- Experience with preparing responses to RFPs, ensuring technical and compliance accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with proposal management tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
