Job Description: Tuopu USA, LLC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Shift Leader to join our team in Del Valle, TX. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the manufacturing operations during their shift operate efficiently and effectively. This position involves supervising and coordinating the activities of a manufacturing shift, training shift employees, and addressing production issues to support uninterrupted production. This position is also responsible for ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards, while also assisting with equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and process support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during assigned shifts.

• Develop and implement shift schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels.

• Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift.

• Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to achieve production goals.

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.

• Prepare and maintain shift reports, documenting production metrics and any incidents.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Monitor and adjust manufacturing equipment to maintain production efficiency and quality.

• Assist with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

• Support process improvements and help identify inefficiencies.

• Assist in minimizing downtime by responding to minor equipment issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing equipment and processes.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in manufacturing or management are a plus.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish.

Salary and Benefits:
