Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator based in Oakland, CA. The Coordinator will oversee inventory control processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and manage physical inventory checks. Responsibilities include handling shipping and receiving tasks, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring proper documentation and storage. The role also involves collaborating with maintenance teams to optimize inventory usage and supporting the organization's smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management practices
- Experience with Inventory Accuracy and conducting Physical Inventory audits
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Office and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
