What are the responsibilities and job description for the Passenger Vehicle Mechanic - Part time - Hourly position at Tunnel Hill Storage?
Here's the deal - I have a bunch of vehicles in various states of disrepair, and I don't have a lot of time to tackle it myself.
I have: A domestic truck which needs brake work, a bed removed, and a motor swapped out. A classic that is in the middle of an engine swap. A modern classic which needs this and that.
I can use any skill level, but the most important trait is that you're proud of your work.
Does a snapped off bolt, or a rounded off nut ruin your night? You're my type of person. Do you take pictures of welds, and show them to your mate? Come on in!
At minimum I need someone who's qualified enough to operate unsupervised.. but if you can fabricate, and weld - that's even better.
Hours are completely flexible. 1 to 60 hours a week, you choose. Only want to work 2 hours a day? Fine.
I provide: a heated and air conditioned work area, a 2 post lift, flexible arrangements, and tools. You provide: not being a jerk, mechanic skills.
Criminal background checks will be performed.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
