Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians
- Ensure comfort, safety, and dignity of residents
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in PA
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented
