Job Description
Job Type: Benefited full-time; in person
Production Operators support daily manufacturing by loading and unloading materials, operating basic production equipment, inspecting parts, keeping work areas clean, and following safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong team-first attitude.

Responsibilities
• Load and unload materials, and parts into production equipment.
• Operate basic machine tools and production equipment safely.
• Inspect parts for defects, abnormalities, and quality concerns.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment properly.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, and quality problems to the lead or supervisor.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production needs.
• Solve practical problems when conditions change or instructions are limited.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Requirements:Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Manufacturing experience preferred; one year of experience is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable working around basic machine tools and production equipment.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must pass background check.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
