Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and food items
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording
• Ensure all food safety and food handling protocols are followed diligently to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area including glassware, utensils, and supplies to support efficient service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and reconcile cash at shift end
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate service flow and meet guest expectations

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth order entry and transaction processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in lively environments like nightclubs or fine dining venues
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service
• Experience in food industry settings such as restaurants, retail math applications, or food service environments
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments including nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering events
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail transactions
