Tune Up The Manly Salon in Ashburn is hiring both full-time and part-time Barbers and Hair Stylists to join our team.
Our Ashburn location is a new, modern salon in a high-traffic location at Ashburn Station, within walking distance of the Ashburn Metro station. We have strong walk-in traffic, an established Tune Up brand, and a growing customer base.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a new location and build long-term relationships with clients while working in a professional, modern environment.

With base pay and typical tips, the current earning opportunity is approximately $26-$42 per hour before membership, retail and services commissions*, although actual earnings will vary based on schedule, appointments, tips, and sales.
About the Role
As a Barber or Hair Stylist at Tune Up The Manly Salon, you'll be responsible for providing excellent grooming and styling services while creating a great experience for every client.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Provide professional haircuts, styling, grooming, and related services
- Perfecting beard trims, shaves, and facial treatments
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Recommend memberships and retail products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Work as part of a friendly and professional team
- Help grow our new location and build your personal clientele
What We're Looking For
- Barber or Cosmetology license required
- Experience as a Barber or Hair Stylist preferred
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and professional personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working with both walk-in and scheduled clients
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team
