Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Nashville, TN office. The role involves providing comprehensive support to attorneys through legal document preparation, conducting research, maintaining files, managing schedules, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. The candidate will assist in communication with clients, organizing case materials, and ensuring accuracy in legal documentation. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of legal procedures and a proactive approach to supporting the firm’s operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of experience with Legal Assistants responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Administrative Assistance.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize across deadlines.
• Proficiency with technology
• Familiarity with litigation, probate and estate planning

. Previous experience in a legal office or similar environment is an advantage.
