Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a a paralegal to support two attorney's with an Estate Planning/Probate practice and a litigation practice based in Nashville, TN. The responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents, and assisting with estate planning and probate cases. Additional duties may involve communicating with clients, filing, billing in Juris software managing case files, and supporting attorneys in preparing for hearings and meetings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency Legal Document Preparation
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with estate planning, probate processes, and litigation legal procedures
- Experience working in estate planning, probate law, or a related legal field is preferred
